We stayed at Drijfpaleis, a unique houseboat on the Lower Rhine in the heart of Arnhem with a stunning mosaic terrace garden. The themed rooms, like Venezia and Roma, were a delightful blend of artistry and comfort. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The tranquil setting allowed us to relax by the river and enjoy the gentle rhythms of nature. Ruud, the host, guided us with local walking tours and shared his favorite spot, the Open Air Museum. The private terrace overlooking the Rhine was a highlight, ideal for sipping a cold drink with friends. A true gem for those seeking a creative and cozy retreat in Arnhem.
